Our focus is on delivering high quality support that fits naturally into each person's daily life, goals and routines. Our support workers work closely with participants to understand their goals, preferences, and daily needs, ensuring that every support experience is respectful, empowering, and tailored to the individual.
All Core Care Support staff hold the appropriate checks and training, including: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid & CPR Certification, Working With Childrens Check, and relevant support or care experience.
Most importantly, our team shares the *same* goal: supporting participants to live more independently and confidently every day.

Core Care Support was created after noticing a common issue within disability services — many participants were being matched with support workers who simply weren’t the right fit.
Too often, services focus on filling shifts rather than building the right support relationship. From working closely with NDIS participants, we saw how important it is for people to feel comfortable, understood, and supported by the workers around them.
That experience shaped the foundation of Core Care Support. Our approach prioritises carefully matching support workers with participants based on their needs, personality, and goals.
